Possessing a wealth of diverse leadership expertise accumulated over a period exceeding two decades across the domains of healthcare, executive functions, the armed forces, and nonprofits. My commitment lies in empowering women of color to navigate and flourish in their respective leadership trajectories. I hold a doctorate degree in executive leadership, a credential that underscores my dedication to academic rigor and excellence.

My primary scholarly research is meticulously focused on the in-depth exploration, enhancement, and comprehensive understanding of self-leadership skills specific to women of color. This endeavor reflects my profound commitment to contributing meaningfully to the existing body of knowledge in this crucial area of leadership development.
